All Rezoni electronics come with a standard 12-month manufacturer warranty covering any functional defects or hardware failures under normal use.
How long does shipping take for my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. We also offer expedited 2-day shipping for urgent tech needs, with tracking details sent immediately upon dispatch.
What is your return policy for open-box items?
We offer a 30-day return window. If the item is opened, it must be returned with all original packaging, cables, and manuals to be eligible for a full refund.
Are Rezoni devices compatible with international voltage standards?
Most of our portable electronics are dual-voltage (110V-240V). However, we recommend checking the 'Technical Specifications' section on the specific product page before purchase.
